Returns and Warranty
We want you to be completely happy with what you've bought!
That's why we offer two-year warranties and 14-day returns on all standard products. We've created a simple and hassle-free warranty and return policy to give you peace of mind in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your product. Certain products, including gift cards and personalised items, cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty or damaged. Unfortunately we can't refund postage and the customer is responsible for returning the item unless it is faulty or damaged.
How can I return my order?
How to return your order
1. INITIATE RETURN - In order to initiate a return, you will first need to pre-register it in your customer profile. Navigate to your orders section and select "Register Return" for your order. To complete the registration process, follow the instructions on the online form.
2. PACKAGE RETURN - Use the original packaging or your own shipping carton and packing material to ensure that the original items are securely packed for transport. We will not accept any returned goods if they are damaged in the original packaging, or damaged due to improper packing. Include the return slip emailed to you after completing step 1 before sealing the package.
3. SHIP RETURN - Take the packed return to a postal branch or delivery point of your choice, e.g. Post, GLS, UPS, DPD, Hermes, etc.. Until we confirm receipt of your return by email, please retain the receipt provided by the service provider.
4. YOUR RETURN - We will process your return as soon as possible. You will be kept informed of the status of your return by email. Please allow a couple of days for our team to do their work, so that everything is correct. We will be in touch if there are any questions.
